This is a position with grade 13 .

This position reports to Regional Business Blending Line Manager .

Your role and responsibilities

Overview: Responsible for selling blending systems within the Pulp & Paper and Painting markets, acting as a technical reference, clarifying doubts about the company’s portfolio, supporting sales team members, providing solutions for customer needs, and developing sales opportunities to meet the objectives of the Energy Industries unit (PAEN).

Responsibilities: Sell and guide team members on products and systems, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability goals. Ensure positive customer experience by establishing relationships and understanding needs. Develop sales plans using company tools, review regularly, and propose recovery plans if needed. Create value for customers and ABB, ensuring successful transactions by applying effective sales techniques aligned with ABB’s strategy. Promote marketing activities and value propositions. Identify and develop new opportunities in the Paper, Pulp, and Painting markets, sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering.
  • Previous sales experience in Pulp & Paper and/or Painting segments.
  • Knowledge of blending equipment and technologies.
  • Experience selling MES manufacturing execution systems is a plus.
  • Fluent or advanced English; Spanish is an advantage.
