Job Summary:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement in the Brazilian market.
  2. Manage and collaborate with a network of influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  3. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns, and provide insights for decision-making.
  4. Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, staying up-to-date with trends and best practices.
  5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign integration.
  6. Hire influencers and ambassadors for the AliExperts program.
  7. Lead the development of the AliExperts project, expanding the influencer base and consumer impact.

Qualifications:

  1. Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Over eight years of experience in social media management, with proven success in the Brazilian market.
  3. Deep understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and content creation best practices.
  4. Strong networking skills and experience managing influencer relationships, negotiating contracts, and measuring ROI.
  5. Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills.
  6. Proven project management skills, with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Experience working in a global or cross-cultural team is preferred.
  8. Experience in ecommerce is preferred.
