Job Summary:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement in the Brazilian market.
- Manage and collaborate with a network of influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, staying up-to-date with trends and best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign integration.
- Hire influencers and ambassadors for the AliExperts program.
- Lead the development of the AliExperts project, expanding the influencer base and consumer impact.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Over eight years of experience in social media management, with proven success in the Brazilian market.
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and content creation best practices.
- Strong networking skills and experience managing influencer relationships, negotiating contracts, and measuring ROI.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Proven project management skills, with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a global or cross-cultural team is preferred.
- Experience in ecommerce is preferred.
