Job Title: Oracle Forms & Reports Support Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Oracle Forms & Reports Support Consultant to join our team in Barueri, São Paulo. This role demands strong technical expertise in Oracle development tools, particularly Forms and Reports, and will be focused on support and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a collaborative attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Oracle Forms & Reports-based applications.
- Develop and enhance Oracle Forms and Reports from scratch as per business requirements.
- Debug and optimize Oracle Packages, Procedures, Functions, and other database objects.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and tune long-running queries.
- Collaborate closely with onshore teams and stakeholders to understand issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Participate in system enhancements, bug fixes, and minor upgrades.
- Understand business processes quickly to provide efficient technical solutions.
- Document solutions, maintain change logs, and contribute to knowledge base.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Forms & Reports development .
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in query tuning and performance optimization .
- Ability to work on support and enhancement-based projects.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with onshore teams effectively.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in understanding business logic and implementing it technically.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in ITIL-based support environments.
- Exposure to other Oracle development tools or technologies.
