As a Business Strategy Advisor, you will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis to develop and implement sales strategies that maximize revenue and profitability. Additionally, you will provide strategic insights to the leadership team to support business growth and expansion initiatives, and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure alignment with company goals and timely delivery.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  1. Co-lead the 5-year strategic planning and business case development for LATAM with the Strategy Team Leader.
  2. Analyze and synthesize information to support strategic decision-making, prioritization, and engagement across cross-functional teams.
  3. Lead special projects, including business cases and new business development opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders from sales, marketing, operations, dealer development, and finance.
  4. Support the pricing center of excellence by developing strategies aligned with regional business objectives, market conditions, and customer segments.
  5. Enhance the Project Management Office by developing reporting tools and KPIs to track the progress of key initiatives.
  6. Create and present executive-level reports and recommendations to senior leadership, including budget and quarterly updates to the C-suite.
  7. Assist product owners by leveraging market analysis and business cases to define business requirements and strategic recommendations for current and future products.
  8. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  9. Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of department-wide business plans, including strategic priorities and success metrics.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES:

  1. 2-5 years of experience in strategic planning, business strategy, and project management.
  2. Proven ability to develop business cases and communicate effectively to influence senior management.
  3. Strong analytical skills, trend identification, and storytelling abilities to connect insights.
  4. Ability to deliver presentations effectively in high-pressure environments.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  6. Experience working effectively in international, multicultural environments.
  7. Bachelor’s degree required.
  8. Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  9. Experience in recreational power sports or automotive industries is highly desirable.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  2. Experience working directly with management and directors.
  3. Familiarity with market research methodologies.
  4. High level of ownership, organization, initiative, and follow-through.
