We are seeking a Python & Django Senior Tech Lead to oversee the architecture and delivery of high-performance applications. You will lead a talented development team, provide strategic guidance, and ensure best practices for scalable solutions that surpass client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in architecture, design, and implementation of web applications using Python and Django.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and deliver features.
- Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and promote technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Serve as a technical advisor, evaluating trade-offs in decisions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Python and Django development.
- Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and integration with back-end systems.
- Proven experience in application architecture, data modeling, and design patterns.
- Proficiency with version control (Git) and CI/CD processes.
- Strong leadership, project planning, and risk management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
