Position Details: We are seeking an SEO Director to manage our US-based SEO team. This dynamic role involves collaborating with team members and understanding SEO intricacies. The SEO Director will oversee SEO account managers, review their work, and ensure quality standards are met.
Responsibilities include communicating with staff and clients via phone, managing tasks on Asana and the company CRM, conducting weekly meetings, and directly resolving customer issues with the SEO customer service team. The Director will also engage directly with US-based SEO clients over the phone.

Hours:
The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, aligned with Eastern Time. Hours may vary as it is a salaried position.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful SEO campaigns.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Team management skills.
- Customer service experience and adeptness at handling client concerns.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
Compensation:
R$694,274.00 per month
Experience:
- SEO: minimum 2 years
- Management: minimum 1 year
